Corrugated PVC plastic roof tile sheet extrusion production line making machine
This machine adopts the advanced foreign technology, and designed for corrosion resistance of plant and heavy acid rain area, it's a new generation of permanent roofing materials.
This line adopts a processing two layer co-extrusion technology, each layer has different functions. Surface materials: weather ability resin to keep the durability and resistance to chemical corrosion of products.
Underlying material: white ductile materials, to enhance the sense of space and brightness of house.
The two different materials give the each features of product: smooth face and getting together well. The new PVC anticorrosive composite wave tile solves the problems of durability, corrosion resistance, small rigid, the sense of space and aesthetic.
Compare with ordinary plastic tile, glazed tile has more beautiful appearance ,better quality, strong durability and some special features, such as anti-fire, anti-corrosion, anti-freeze, good weather resistance and color retention, etc.
Structure:
1) extruder,
2) T-die and shaping downstream units,
which can continuous extruding synthetic resin tile,single layer PVC glazed tile, PVC/PMMA and PVC/ASA composite multi-layer glazed tile.
Lightweight synthetic Resin Tile extrusion line/machien is mechanotronics, with the advantages of:
